With a decent FTP program (I use "Core FTP") it's kind of easy to check and see if any files on the site have been updated that shouldn't have been just by checking the file dates...

Ag, I did find one of the forum files that had a modification date of just a few months ago, which it shouldn't have.  So I checked and it had a hack line in it.  I took that out, and just waited to see if it helped at all...

That would be nice, Ag.  Better than our 3 more feet in the last 2 days and 40-45 mph winds to drift and bank.  Big drifts and half frozen.  Lucky I hired a plow guy this year (last fall)...

Another great set of songs but there can be only one champion.

The runner up for this month was Gazebo's "Dead Cars" and the winner is....

Dino with "Decisions"!!!!

Congratulations to all of the entrants and I'm always amazed at the quality of the songs.

Take it away, Dino!!

Holly molley.   Unexpected but very much accepted.

Thanks Red for doing the tallying and other duties and thanks for the votes.

Although i have not been in a challenge for quite some time it was great to see many more entries in this one.

Thanks to you guys for putting up some wonderful music.

I will have a think about next Challenge during the course of today and post later this evening.  One thing, it will be similar to this month's theme - meaning... very open.

Thanks again TTMr's

My personal fave tunes this month we’re smurfs and cottonwoods but all entries made for a very strong field this time.

Yep, some good stuff this month.  I have to say, Dino's entry was (IMHO) the strongest of a pretty strong bunch of songs and a worthy winner.  Harks back to the old KAE days when Dino was putting out quality songs with alarming regularity!!

Totally random but I’ve thought of 5 themes for monthly challenges.

1) (which I would have gone with if I had won last month) write a medley (inspired by my new found love of abbey road)
2) remix a previous song of yours (think this has been a challenge set previously through)
3) cover any entrants song
4) record all tracks in one take. If you mess up then you can redo take but the cocked up version should also be uploaded
5) everyone has to work with the same set of stems to create a song
