Plus, all my stuff is cheap, so nothing would be a great loss. I'd rather they play with it than lock it all up safely. It's just stuff...

My nephews (4 & 8) had a great time with the electric guitar, acoustic guitar, kick drum pedal, tambourine, & microphone. Music was made for sure!

For the last month or so, we've had to travel to either my wife's family or mine for various reasons. Today, some of them are coming here for the weekend. Don't they know I have an ODC song to record?!?

Nice unit enjoy , wind sensitive if out side a good wind screen and some extra ladies stockings cut fit help to reduce the wind noise . It's also a battery eater so get used to that maybe get the AC charger . Other then that enjoy playing with it .:)

As Ag said, W, they do go through a battery charge.  If you're going to be recording for a while, and you're not anywhere close to a plugin while recording (to use a charger), it helps to have a portable USB battery backup/charger.  This will keep it going quite a while.

Also, I'm not sure about a choir and organ, but with a full band I find it's best to record from a little distance rather than close to the stage.  As long as there is no background noise it seems to record better that way.  Maybe you could test a short recording before the event.

And lastly, if you're holding on to the unit while recording, make sure you don't bump or tap the unit while recording, or brush anything against it.  Makes loud noises in the recording.

You'll have fun with it, though, and it does make great recordings.  Maybe we'll get to hear part of it?
