I've been closing out multiple business websites and telling them they need to find another web person, because I can't keep doing them anymore...  :(

That's strange.  I don't know what the problem might be.  I had to log into GoDaddy today for a business website and didn't have any problem.  Wish I could help, Neil, but there's nothing I can do on your account...

Huh!  Neil gave me the link to the new site, and I checked it out yesterday.  Looking good.  But went to look at it again today and can't get there.  What do you think, Neil?

I think Frankenxtein and Joom may relate to this  :P :) ~:)

Really funny – A friend of mine passed this old link to me today.

It’s a collection of experiences where a tech has been called to broken PC's after the owner has had a go at fixing it first.

Thank goodness for little touchscreen phones today  :-X

Usually people get a software problem and they start with , ...... "You can wipe the Hard Drive"  ;D

A Phillips , some heatsink compound , a vacuum and a nice paint brush fixes most anything.
