That's strange.  I don't know what the problem might be.  I had to log into GoDaddy today for a business website and didn't have any problem.  Wish I could help, Neil, but there's nothing I can do on your account...

Huh!  Neil gave me the link to the new site, and I checked it out yesterday.  Looking good.  But went to look at it again today and can't get there.  What do you think, Neil?

Well, that is quite an arsenal!!!  :)

I can understand the idea of including people into every photos. Actually, I realized this when hiking and shooting the Alps. You cannot really appreciate the majesty and size of the mountains unless you have people in the picture too to give some perspective/point of reference.

Absolutely.  A person (or people) in the photo gives perspective, and also a sense of just being there, so I can say years later "I remember when I took that picture of 'so-and-so'.

But my favorite pictures are of family and friends that are now gone, and pictures of the kids and grandkids when they were born and did all the 'first' things.  My mother passed a few years ago at 98, but a couple years before that I sat down with her for a two hour conversation about her past and history, and got it all on video.  I've done that with a few family members, and those are treasures now.  Along with all the pictures.

You made me curious, so I just checked.  Besides two closets full of physical pictures and videos, I have 117,449 pictures on this system, at least that many on two other systems, and a plethora of them on DVD/CDs.  All backed up, of course.

One of these times I'll post some, but I always try never to bore people with personal (family/friends) pics...

I've always loved the four seasons, and really enjoy seeing the snow everywhere, but I don't like cleaning it up anymore.

Once in a while I pay a local to plow, but usually I still shovel and blow it all out myself.  Somehow I don't think you'd care much for it up here after a couple winters, Ag.

What the driveway looks like right now that I have to keep cleaning out...

And what it's like blowing snow...

Looks like lots of fun, eh?  (-!)

So, I updated my sound card and DAW (Studio One 4) and bought also Presonus Atom midi controller.
Played all the instruments in the track below. Admittedly, the drums were recorded in parts or layers (e.g. 1st: kick+snare, then hihats etc.) and required some editing too. But it is reasonably easy to create quite natural sounding groooves.

Nice, what are you using for drums?  I started doing drums the same way with a nanokey2 a little while ago along with the mt power drum kit vsti, but always on the look out for what else is out there.

Also, do you or anyone else know of a simple vsti to use to load your own drum samples?  I got some old Pitchsifter samples that I'd like to use the same way, when I want some industrial sounding stuff from time to time.
