I think it's cute
When you salute
It seems to suit
Your attribute
I know that others
Might dispute
But they know
I don't give a hoot
Cause all in all
It's kinda cute

I'm sure he could, Ag, but it won't take long once I can get to it.  Just figured I'd get all the paid for website work I'm behind on done first.  4 business website updates to do, one new one to build, and set up a new student computer lab at a school...

Aw, crap.  You mentioned "business" and it reminded me I have to let a few know I should be able to do some work this week.  Don't know if I'm ever going to get a chance to rebuild the TTM main site...  :(

Project (New Gear Day)
« on: January 22, 2018, 11:10:13 PM »
A little belated Christmas present came my way this week ;D

It’s a build your own guitar kit  :P

I opted for a Thinline Tele model c/w Bigsby style trem (more for looks than using to be honest lol).
Comes routed for humbuckers (included in the kit), but I’m going to try a pair of Guitar Fetish Retrotrons (Filtertron clones)  ;D

Looks pretty nice out of the box - solid feel, top is capped I see, supposed to be basswood body maple neck and rosewood fingerboard - is it? Buggered if I know lol
All I know is it’s made of wood  :P
Definitely not particle board anyway lol  :P

Neck sits nicely in the socket, each piece is “numbered” - whether it’s actually matching or they just wrote the same number on both is unprovable lol

If you want, here’s the link http://diyguitarkits.net/tele%20thin%20II.html
Actual pics below

Leaning towards a light metallic blue for finish, similar to the Pelham Blue ES339 @gc fixed up a while back.....not fully committed yet though  :D

Think this will be fun  ;D

LMAO of course!!

They leave it like that (apparently) so you can make whatever kind of shape your twisted little mind can think of....

But yes.... definitely Fenderish....

Nice kits these, NM (good quality & rep).  Very cool project with lots of custom possibilities.  Get to learn a ton doing it too.  Guitar Fetish Retrotrons should be sweet.  Look nice in Pelham blue.  Sounds like fun.
