Two Track Music is a somewhat 'laid back' community.  Just some good musicians and song writers hanging out, and having a good time.  We're not a high pressure or fast paced site, we just enjoy kicking back and making some music, and having fun while we're doing it.

If that sounds like your kind of place, please join us.  We'd love to have you in the mix.  And yes, pun intended... ;)

DAW-wise, I've purchased Sonar Professional, and after Cakewalk went bye-bye I picked up a discounted Mixbus. And then Cakewalk got bought out lol

I do use Mixcraft, I've been beta testing since 2. That's gotta be nearly 10 years back now. If you want to colab, give me a shout. We can just use the project  base for swapping files. Easy. Acoustica's tag line is "Software should be easy"

Cool.  Maybe one of these days we can do a MixCraft collab on something, BD...

I also have Reaper and Harrison, but I use Mixcraft 95% of the time.

I definitely don't need any more DAWs, but while looking for something else last night I did happen to find a really good deal on a DAW I've never heard of, so I have to get it...  :P

And your shout did remind me to check for updates, and found the 8.1 update.  I'll have to use MixCraft again soon on something, it is a good program.

I always liked it too, BD, but have others I use more often.  I have quite a few DAWs just because different ones do some things better than others, and I like having lots of toys...  :)

I use 8 Pro and have had it for several iterations. I think I started on 4 or 5. I find it quite easy but still capable of great tracks.
